I am passionate about helping individuals lead from the top down or the bottom up, wherever they happen to be!
I have over 15 years of relevant industry experience plus a decade spent refining my craft in the classroom as a Professor of Business & Communication.
Having worked with hundreds of individuals in nearly every industry imaginable, I have earned the distinction of “thought leader” in organizational change & development.
My most significant accomplishment is as a wife and mother of 4 children. My eldest daughter was adopted through foster care and, as a result, I am a fierce advocate for foster youth and victims of human trafficking.
My personal experience has fueled my passion for supporting at-risk populations to achieve the life they envision for themselves.
